Role Overview

As a Listening Specialist, you'll provide one-on-one listening sessions to clients seeking a safe space to express themselves. You'll create a judgment-free environment where clients can process their thoughts and feelings through the simple yet profound act of being heard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual listening sessions with clients
  • Create a safe, non-judgmental space for emotional expression
  • Practice deep, attentive listening without offering advice or direction
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development

Qualifications

  • Background in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field preferred
  • Training in active listening techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Ability to maintain presence and attention during sessions
  • Commitment to personal growth and self-awareness

Hours & Compensation

This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Role Overview

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless, supportive experience from initial inquiry through session completion. You'll help maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Inner Echo.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services
  • Assist with scheduling and booking management
  • Support clients with technical issues or questions
  • Gather and respond to client feedback
  • Maintain client records and ensure data privacy

  • Experience in customer service or client relations

Hours & Compensation

This position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
