  • Session Data: Audio recordings of sessions are retained for 90 days for quality assurance, legal, and safety purposes.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 19.

  • Maintain site functionality and security.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to use Inner Echo. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

Inner Echo offers emotional support sessions. Our listeners are trained to hold space and listen empathetically. We do not offer medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

3. Session Recordings

All sessions are recorded for quality assurance and legal protection. Recordings are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless required by law. Clients cannot opt out of recordings.

4. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be prepaid using our secure booking system.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Engage in threatening, violent, or illegal behavior.
  • Use the platform to harass, stalk, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Disrupt the site's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All Inner Echo content, including text, branding, visuals, and session formats, are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written consent.

8. Refund Policy

All sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who booked them.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will receive a partial refund of 50% to account for the reserved time and loss of availability.
  • No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inner Echo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Use is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us for informal resolution.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via our website or email.
